To equip women to understand the Word, respond to the Word, and apply the Word to all aspects of their lives.
Goal Objectives
Equip
It is essential to spiritual growth to be in the word of God, utilizing correct methods of study. This is accomplished by individual study, as well as group Bible studies. We will encourage the use of Pathways study methods as used by our corporate body, to guide both individual and group studies.
Respond
We respond by being involved in one another’s lives. This is accomplished though group fellowship, one-on-one mentoring relationships, small group accountability and praying for one another as we follow Jesus both with our head (knowing the Word) and heart (loving one another- spurring them on).
Application
To be missional, we will intentionally be involved in outreach to community women, create missional/community events, provide volunteer opportunities, all with the goal of bringing Jesus to the women in our community (sphere of influence individually).
