Read Judges 4:4-10. What were the really good qualities that you see in Deborah? How did she encourage Barak? Is there someone that you should be encouraging today?

Jude 24-25 Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

Give expressions of praise to God and His Son, Jesus. Entrust yourself, and those you are praying for, into His strong hands, asking that He would hold on to you and keep you from stumbling even when you don't have the strength to hold on to Him. Give Him praise that He is the One who began a good work in us and will bring it to completion.
