Numbers 3-4   What lessons can we learn from the clear division of duties and "boundaries" that God established for His worship?  Are there ways that we treat as unholy the things that are really holy?

Read Numbers 4:5-20. What were the strict rules for moving the Tent of Meeting? How would you have done your duties if you were one of the sons of Kohath and knew that it was a matter of life and death?

 Biblical Prayer Focus:
1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

Bow your heart and perhaps your knees before the Lord, expressing your humility before Him. Ask Him to show you if there is any thing you are doing to exalt yourself. If so, repent of it. Seek Him so that He can show you where you are carrying anxieties right now (it is easy to pretend that we aren't). Then cast them upon His broad shoulders.
