Daily Scripture & Questions:
Proverbs 1-3 What is the beginning of knowledge (1:7)?  Can someone despise wisdom and then suddenly find it when they need it (1:28-29)?  From what does wisdom deliver us (2:12, 16)?  What are some of the blessings of wisdom?  Why do you believe God provides all of these reminders to seek wisdom and value it and keep it?

Family Devotions—Scripture & Questions:
Read Proverbs 3:1-8. When something seems right to you but goes against God's Word, how should you fulfill verse 5? Are you leaning on your own understanding right now in any area of your life?

Biblical Prayer Focus:
Isaiah 64:1-4 Oh that you would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains might quake at your presence—as when fire kindles brushwood and the fire causes water to boil— to make your name known to your adversaries, and that the nations might tremble at your presence! When you did awesome things that we did not look for, you came down, the mountains quaked at your presence. From of old no one has heard or perceived by the ear, no eye has seen a God besides you, who acts for those who wait for him.

Ask the Lord Jesus to return quickly and manifest the full awesomeness of His glory so that the nations tremble at His presence. Seek God on behalf of the nations that they would turn to Him now while there is still time.
