Daily Scripture & Questions:
Psalm 81:1-16, 88:1-18, 92:1-93:5 Psalm 88 reflects what some call the dark night of the soul.  Have you ever had such an experience?  How are we encouraged to respond in those dark moments?  Rejoice in those who are older and are still bearing fruit for God (Psalm 93:14-15).

Family Devotions—Scripture & Questions:
Read Psalm 81:1-16. How does God respond when people don't listen to him (Psalm 81:11-12)? How does this compare to what the book of Romans tells us about God giving people over to their sin (see Romans 1).

Biblical Prayer Focus:
John 17:15-17 I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.

Join Jesus in praying that we might be made holy by the truth, the Word of God. Ask the Lord to give you a deep hunger for His Word, the Bible.
